We are seeking an experienced Lead Stibo Step Developer to drive end-to-end Stibo PIM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Stibo STEP modules and a strong understanding of MDM/PIM architecture and best practices.
Responsibilities

Lead technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules

Drive end-to-end Stibo PIM implementations across project lifecycles

Design and configure STEP data models, workflows and related configurations

Define and implement workflow designs, setups and variant creations
-
Architect and design scalable PIM solutions aligned with business needs
-
Apply MDM/PIM best practices throughout development activities
-
Utilize STIBO monitoring and reporting functions to ensure solution health
-
Provide technical leadership and guidance on Product and Customer MDM initiatives
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Requirements
-
8-12 years of software engineering experience
-
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules

Understanding of Product and Customer MDM

Proven track record of driving Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations with strong exposure to STEP data model, workflows and STEP configurations
-
Knowledge of STIBO solution tool functions and out-of-the-box features
-
Expertise in workflow design, setup and variants creation
-
Familiarity with STIBO monitoring and reporting functions
-
Strong knowledge of PIM architecture and design

Proficiency in MDM/PIM best practices and development
