Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process and support enrollment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on academic programs and career pathways
- Handle student enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms
- Provide accurate information on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures
- Assist students with application and documentation processes
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure timely conversions
- Participate in school visits, education fairs, seminars, and outreach activities
- Maintain enquiry and admission records in CRM or MIS systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet admission targets
Eligibility & Skills:
- Any graduate
- 0–2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales (Freshers welcome)
- Good communication skills in English (regional language is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
