- Responsible for the maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks.
- Making sure the store runs smoothly and effectively.
- Maintenance of inventory records, preparation of material orders, and the receiving, inspecting, storing of supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers.
- Daily stock status is sent to the concerned person through mail.
- Operate and maintain an effective RM & engineering spare parts storage system.
- Maintain the correct RM & engineering stock levels.
- Ensure that all engineering materials are receipted and booked in on the materials management system.
- Maintain accurate records of all RM & engineering materials transactions.
- Maintain raw material inventory.
- Reporting to the production head related to stock register.
- Daily physical stock of critical items.
Candidate should be well versed in MS Office Excel
Local Candidate with store Experience of 1 -3 Years
Qualification -BSC/MSC Chemistry/Diploma Chemical with Raw Material store or Engineering store experience of 1-3 years
