Job Summary
BeastDrive is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Malayalam Sales Caller to connect with potential participants, promote sports and live events, and assist customers in purchasing event tickets. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating in Malayalam and possess strong sales and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective participants and customers in Malayalam.
- Explain event details, ticket categories, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with participants and assist them throughout the ticket booking process.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into ticket sales.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers to improve conversions.
Requirements
- Fluent in Malayalam (spoken and written).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ticket sales, event promotions, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
