Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
- Manage budgets and improve ROI (ROAS, CPL, CPA)
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the creative and content team for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus
- Good communication and analytical skills
