Job Summary
The Housekeeping In-Charge is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and for the upkeep of guest rooms and public areas, while ensuring smooth housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities
- Ensure guest rooms, washrooms, corridors, and public areas are clean and well-maintained
- Conduct room inspections before guest check-in
- Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates
- Report maintenance issues to the maintenance team immediately
- Monitor housekeeping inventory, linen, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure proper grooming and discipline of housekeeping staff
- Handle guest housekeeping requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness standards as per hotel policies
- Prepare housekeeping duty schedules and reports

- Ability to handle staff and coordinate between departments
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Languages Known: Telugu ( Compulsory ), Hindi.
Qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in hotels
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts
- Weekends and holidays may be required
- Physically active role involving room inspections and supervision
- Salary - 22,000 to 25,000 per month

- Clean and guest-ready rooms at all times
- Quick handling of guest requests and complaints
- Proper staff supervision and discipline
- Minimum guest complaints related to cleanliness
- Timely reporting of maintenance issues
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
