Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the life insurance industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors/agents.
Train, coach, and mentor advisors on SBI Life products, sales techniques, and compliance.
Motivate the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate new business by acquiring customers through advisors.
Support advisors during customer meetings and help close insurance sales.
Monitor advisor productivity, policy issuance, renewals, and persistency.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, advisors, and branch stakeholders.
Conduct regular field visits for lead generation and business development.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Prepare and review sales reports and monitor team performance.
