We are looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Sales Specialist to join our Gurgaon office. If you're passionate about social selling, B2B lead generation, and building meaningful business relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Identify and connect with founders, CXOs, marketing leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to generate meetings for the Business Development team.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales funnel.
- Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
- Track outreach performance, prepare reports, and consistently achieve lead generation targets.
- Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn features, social selling trends, and B2B prospecting techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B sales, business development, or social selling.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent research and prospecting abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Experience in a PR, Digital Marketing, Branding, Advertising, or Media agency will be an added advantage.
