Roles & Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of LiDAR and Photogrammetry projects from requirement analysis to final delivery.
- Analyse client scope, specifications, input data, accuracy requirements and expected deliverables.
- Define the appropriate technical workflow, methodology and QC process for each project.
- Prepare effort estimates, manpower requirements, project timelines and delivery plans.
- Support preparation of technical proposals and project quotations based on effort and resource estimation.
- Manage both LiDAR and Photogrammetry production teams and allocate resources effectively.
- Set clear daily and weekly production targets for team members.
- Monitor planned vs. actual productivity and ensure the team meets committed targets.
- Take corrective action and prepare recovery plans whenever projects fall behind schedule.
- Ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.
- Review project outputs, QC results and client specifications before final submission.
- Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, project kick-offs and progress reviews.
- Handle client feedback, technical queries, change requests and delivery-related issues.
- Identify project risks, technical bottlenecks and resource constraints at an early stage.
- Track project effort and control rework to ensure projects remain commercially viable.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Airborne LiDAR, Mobile LiDAR and Point Cloud Processing.
- Point Cloud Classification, Feature Extraction, DTM/DSM/DEM, Contours and Breaklines.
- Strong knowledge of Drone/Aerial Photogrammetry, Orthophoto, 3D Models and Terrain Mapping.
- Understanding of GCPs, accuracy assessment and geospatial QC procedures.
- Experience with tools such as TerraSolid/TerraScan, MicroStation, Global Mapper, ArcGIS/QGIS, Agisoft Metashape, Pix4D, DJI Terra or equivalent software.
- Knowledge of GIS/CAD/BIM integration will be an advantage.

Experience
8+ years of experience in LiDAR / Photogrammetry / Geospatial production, with proven experience in technical project management, team handling and client-facing project delivery.
Key expectation: We are looking for a hands-on technical manager, not just a project coordinator. The candidate must be capable of analysing a project, estimating the effort, planning the resources, driving the production team and taking full accountability for committed delivery timelines.
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
