Job Summary:
Al Salama School of Safety Studies is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Faculty to deliver high-quality English language training. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be committed to helping students enhance their language proficiency and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive English language classes.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Improve students' speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
- Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
- Support students through doubt-clearing sessions and academic guidance.
- Participate in examinations, faculty meetings, and training programs.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining academic quality.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
