- Assist in daily production planning and execution
- Monitor shop floor operations (CNC, VMC, Assembly & Testing)
- Ensure production targets and schedules are met
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality team
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Support in troubleshooting basic production issues
- Ensure safety and 5S practices on shop floor
- Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of machining / assembly processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Basic MS Excel / ERP knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and work in shop floor environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
