A leading educational group with a successful franchise business model is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Franchise Development) to expand its franchise network across India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating qualified leads, conducting business presentations, negotiating franchise agreements, and successfully onboarding new franchisees. The role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring sustainable business growth and achieving sales targets.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a professional and presentable personality. A target-driven attitude, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for business development are essential. Candidates must also be willing to travel across India as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
