BFSI Trainer – Job Role (Skill Development)
A BFSI Trainer (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) is responsible for delivering classroom and practical training to students, preparing them for employment in the BFSI industry, and ensuring quality training outcomes as per NSDC/Skill Development standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance concepts.
- Train candidates on:
- Retail Banking
- CASA, Loans & Advances
- KYC/AML Compliance
- Insurance Products
- Digital Banking & UPI
- Financial Inclusion
- Customer Service & Sales
- Conduct Interview Preparation sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor trainee attendance, progress, and learning outcomes.
- Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness sessions.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Placement Team to support candidate placements.
- Mentor and counsel trainees to improve retention and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest banking regulations, products, and industry practices.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the BFSI industry or as a BFSI Trainer.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial products.
- Classroom management and facilitation skills.
- MS Office and digital learning tools proficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
