Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about company services and products
- Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain professional relationships with existing clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
