Sales Co-ordinator
ROLE TASKS
Tracking sales data and ensuring despatches
Communicating the details of dispatch requirements to internal teams
Tracking the despatches with the internal team
Coordinating with Customer support Manager, Despatch Manager and Production manager to track despatches
Tracking the sample status and following up for updates
Working with Managing director to correspond with necessary stakeholders for tracking samples.
Creating and circulating Reports to management :
Daily MIS on
- Order execution /Despatch
-Pending orders Monthly
- YTD Pending orders
- YTD Lost order analysis
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A thorough knowledge of the product offering
Good knowledge of Word and Excel
Efficiency and organisational skills
Administrative skills
The ability to maintain calm under pressure
QUALIFICATION
Any degree . Diploma in Engineering preferred
EXPERIENCE5-5 years experience in working with B2B organisations in Sales Co-ordination & manufacturing . Injection Molded products manufacturer preferred

Salary : Rs.25000 to Rs.35000 per month
