Job Description:
The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting sales growth in the automobile showroom by engaging potential customers and building strong client relationships while maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role includes generating leads, explaining vehicle features, coordinating test drives, and assisting customers throughout the sales process. The associate works closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers through calls, walk-ins, and referrals
- Support sales executives in lead follow-ups and deal closures
- Explain vehicle models, features, and offers to customers
- Coordinate test drives and customer appointments
- Maintain customer data and update CRM records
- Assist in promotional activities and showroom events
- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of automobiles (preferred)
