We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our Government e-Marketplace (Gem) operations. The role involves coordinating sales activities, assisting in tender execution, and ensuring smooth order processing for government and institutional clients.
Our company Neuvin (neuvin.com) provides advanced technology solutions including RF and microwave systems, GPS/GNSS solutions, precision power supplies, and test & measurement instruments for defense, aerospace, telecom, and industrial applications through the Gem portal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Gem portal operations including product listing, bidding, and order tracking
- Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and procurement teams for tender execution
- Assist in preparing bids, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Track government tenders and update sales pipeline
- Communicate with vendors and departments for order follow-up and execution
- Maintain records, reports, and sales documentation
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of technical products and government procurement
- Familiarity with Gem portal preferred
- MS Office and documentation handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
