We Are Hiring – Academic Counsellor
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor with experience in educational course sales. Candidates with prior experience in selling Health & Safety training programs such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO Lead Auditor, and related professional qualifications are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective learners and guide them on suitable training programs.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Convert enquiries into enrolments and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain learner records and follow-ups in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with learners and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner experience.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in educational course sales.
- Knowledge of NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar HSE courses.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
- Experience in the HSE training industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
