Job Description

SAP ERP Platform team is delivering services to various stakeholders from teams such as: Business Partners, Service/support, deployment team, projects, programs, etc. Those teams are “requestors” to us and there is a need to deep dive the requests both functionaly and technicaly. The SAP Funtional Analyst will be the one helping clarifying the requirements and help delivery team to build the design and effectively deliver the required changes.

The SAP Functional Analyst will remain engaged in ongoing project streams, building upon previously delivered solutions and insights to ensure consistency and continuity across business processes. Key responsibilities will include the refinement of existing functional specifications, support for solution implementation, and collaboration with business stakeholders to identify evolving requirements.

The analyst will also participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog grooming, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live support where applicable. By leveraging prior knowledge of the system landscape and process intricacies gained during the previous engagement, the SAP Functional Analyst will provide valuable context and accelerate delivery.

This role is crucial in ensuring seamless transitions between project phases and sustaining momentum across initiatives. All work must be guided by a user-centric mindset, aligning with design thinking principles to enhance usability, efficiency, and business value of the SAP solutions delivered. This person need to be extremely knowledgeable into SAP and will work in partnership with our template analyst, reviewing BRDs, RevTracks, joining projects, re4viewing and updating documentations, etc.

This is an important ERP Inbound and Analytics skilled person. Required Outcomes or Deliverables for this role:

1. Expertise: Provide global functional and technical expertise for our set of application covering Make to Deploy area.

2. Analyse: Analyse the request, deep dive the requirements and challenge the requests to help build the best suitable design. Along the year as per the activities schedules and timelines.

3. Consultancy Provide consultancy wherever is required to support projects, programs, or any other changes such as CIP. Also help and support the design phase, but also the build phase of a change. activities schedules and timelines
