JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead Tracking: Collect and organize inbound calls or website inquiries from everyday buyers, businesses, and potential showroom partners.
Dealership Support: Help manage franchise documentation, send out product descriptions, and coordinate with regional dealer networks.
Order Processing: Handle the paperwork for vehicle orders and make sure the factory or warehouse ships the right EV to the right location on time.
Data Management: Keep digital records up-to-date using spreadsheets and Sales CRM software (Customer Relationship Management).
Team Communication: Schedule appointments for the sales staff and share daily performance data with company executives.
