Summary:
An Enablon Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Enablon platform for clients. The consultant works closely with business stakeholders to understand Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), ESG, Sustainability, Risk, Compliance, and Operational requirements and translates them into functional solutions within Enablon.
Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
B. Configure and customize Enablon modules based on business needs
C. Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and gap analysis
D. Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and solution specifications
E. Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, workflows, and reports
F. Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect tracking
G. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
H. Assist in data migration and system upgrades
I. Ensure best practices and compliance standards are followed
J. Create project documentation and user manuals
Professional & Technical Skills:
A. Strong understanding of EHS, ESG, Sustainability, or Risk Management processes
B. Experience in Enablon configuration and administration
C. Knowledge of workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting
D. Requirement gathering and business process mapping
E. Client-facing consulting experience
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enablon Software Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
