Job Summary
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the school's electrical systems and equipment to ensure an uninterrupted and safe power supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electrical wiring, panel cabling, switches, lights, fans, and distribution boards.
- Install and maintain electrical equipment such as motors, pumps, transformers, and DG sets.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults promptly and safely.
- Maintain AUX systems such as air conditioners, water coolers, water softeners, and RO systems.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance and repair activities.
- Support school events by ensuring the safe temporary installation and arrangement of electrical gadgets.
- Report any electrical hazards immediately and take appropriate corrective action.
Required qualification
- ITI In Electrical trade | Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Valid electrical licence/certification as per local regulation
- Preferred experience in a school, hospital or similar facility of 2 to 3 years
- ability to work independently
