Talent Formula (http://talentformula.co) is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We currently have an Audit Operations Administration role available with our client PKF Littlejohn.

Responsibilities:

Supporting both the Corporate & Capital Markets and Financial Services teams on the following:

Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion

Perform KYC verification and review client information for compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain confirmations and required documentation
-
Handle onboarding and account maintenance requests, following up with stakeholders to meet SLAs

Handle queries from internal teams, clients, and third-party providers, ensuring prompt resolution

Support audit and compliance activities by collating confirmations and maintaining accurate records

Provide administrative support such as documentation management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
-
Any graduate or post graduate degree.
-
Prior direct experience in a similar business operations role is required
-
Experience working in a practice or professional services firm is ideal
-
Willingness to develop leadership and management skills
-
Strong communications skills with experience of coaching, and influencing with the ability to build relationships across all levels of staff and management
