Job Description
Our Industries is a leading manufacturer of premium-quality Psyllium Husk (Isabgol) in retail packs (5g, 10g, 50g, 100g, and 200g). We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales & Marketing Manager to expand our business across Tamil Nadu, based in Chennai.
The candidate will be responsible for developing a strong distribution network by appointing Super Stockists, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Medical Distributors across major districts of Tamil Nadu. The role includes increasing sales through FMCG, General Trade, Modern Trade, and Medical/Pharmacy channels, as Psyllium Husk (Isabgol) is widely used as a healthcare product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appoint Super Stockists, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Medical Distributors district-wise.
- Develop sales in FMCG, pharmacy, and healthcare markets.
- Expand market coverage and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare partners.
- Conduct market visits, identify new business opportunities, and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in FMCG, Healthcare, OTC, or Pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong network across Tamil Nadu.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and market development skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
