Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
Experience: 3-5 years in Accounts at a manufacturing or trading company
Salary: Below Rs. 25,000 Per Month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bank Reconciliation:
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Monitor bank transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
2. Payments and Receivables:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Verify and process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer payments.
- Maintain accurate records of credit and debit transactions.
3. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting software.
- Maintain organized and updated records for all financial transactions.
4. Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and input data related to Income Tax, TDS, and GST filings.
- Assist in reconciling tax liabilities and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
5. General Accounting Support:
- Assist the accounts team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support inventory management by coordinating financial records with production and sales data.
- Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (preferably in the manufacturing sector).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Income Tax, TDS, and GST compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with accounting processes specific to the edible oil manufacturing industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
