Job Summary
A Liaisoning Officer is responsible for coordinating and maintaining relationships with government departments, regulatory authorities, clients, contractors, and external agencies to ensure smooth approvals, clearances, licenses, and project execution. The role involves documentation, compliance follow-up, and resolving administrative or statutory matters efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory departments for approvals and permits
- Handle documentation related to licenses, NOCs, registrations, and statutory compliances
- Follow up on project approvals, inspections, and clearances
- Maintain relationships with municipal bodies, utility departments, and external agencies
- Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance reports
- Support project teams in legal and administrative procedures
- Track status of approvals and maintain records
- Represent the company during official meetings and inspections
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation
- Resolve issues related to permissions and regulatory matters

- Knowledge of statutory approval processes
