Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting business growth. Common responsibilities for entry-level BDE roles include lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or certification in Sales/Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
