Position : Engineer – QA & R&D
Location: Kochi
Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Product Development, Quality Control, QA, R&D, or Vendor Development within Home Appliances / Consumer Durables Industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer complaints and implement CAPA for product improvement.
* Lead new product development and product lifecycle management.
* Conduct product and competitor benchmarking.
* Manage vendor evaluation, vendor development, and supplier claims.
* Ensure product quality, performance sustainability, and value engineering.
* Manage product costing, BOM, product changes, and traceability.
* Monitor service performance and coordinate with internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with product standards and approvals.
* Conduct product demonstrations, training, and market research activities.
Requirements
* B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical
* Experience in Mixer Grinders, Electric Fans, Induction Cooktops, Washing Machine, Iron Box consumer appliances.
