Job Summary :-We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and generate new business leads through Upwork
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Required skills & Qualification :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
