Position: Quality Control (QC) Manager
Location: Badlapur, Maharashtra
Experience in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry
Key Responsibilities:
-Quality Control & Monitoring
- Ensure testing and quality checks for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), WIP, and Finished Goods (FG)
- Monitor final product quality as per customer specifications
- Review technical NCRs and drive CAPA implementation
-Quality Assurance & Audits
- Participate in Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) development
- Conduct process adherence audits
- Support QMS and ISO-related product audits
-Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain quality records and traceability documentation
- Issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) and quality certifications
- Ensure compliance with customer and certification requirements
- Vendor & Certification Management
- Support vendor qualification and certification activities
- Coordinate third-party quality inspections and approvals
- Calibration & Process Control
- Ensure adherence to instrument calibration processes
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the QC team
- Ensure effective quality checks across all operations
- New Product Development
- Support prototype development, product trials, and pilot runs
- Collaborate with production teams to meet evolving customer requirements
- HSE Compliance
- Promote and ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environment standards
- What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards
- Experience in quality control, audits, CAPA, and process improvement
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and team management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, vendors, and customers
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
