Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The role involves managing field sales operations, client interactions, and driving property bookings. This is an onsite, field-based role requiring strong experience in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and meet potential clients
- Convert enquiries into property bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Conduct site visits and explain project details to customers
- Identify new business opportunities in the market
- Coordinate with internal teams for client follow-ups and support
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required)
- Strong experience in field sales / onsite sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and client handling abilities
- Good understanding of real estate market trends (preferred)
