Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, social media management, and lead generation, along with the ability to coordinate with content and creative teams to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Generate quality leads for training programs and admissions.
- Support brand visibility and online engagement initiatives.
2. Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
3. SEO & Website Optimization
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
- Monitor website performance and search visibility.
4. Content & Social Media Management
- Coordinate content creation for social media, blogs, and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Plan engaging campaigns to increase reach and audience interaction.
5. Creative Coordination
- Work closely with designers and video editors for marketing creatives.
- Ensure ad creatives and promotional materials align with campaign goals.
6. Lead Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Support landing page optimization and lead nurturing activities.
- Improve conversion rates through data-driven marketing strategies.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
8. Team Coordination
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and sales teams.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools. Excellent
- communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets
