Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and lead generation activities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the Business Development/Sales team
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities in CRM/software
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth
- Coordinate with marketing and recruitment teams for client requirements and closures
- Ensure timely response and professional communication with clients
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Good understanding of sales and business development processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MBA will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Client Coordination
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred
- Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional
- Strong team coordination and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
