Job Title: Operations Manager – RCM (US Healthcare)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹85,000 per month
Job Summary IMBS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end RCM operations for US healthcare clients — covering AR, Billing, Payment Posting, and Credentialing. This is a leadership role requiring strong operational control, team management, and client-handling capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end RCM operations and ensure KPI/TAT/productivity targets are met
- Drive revenue improvement and denial reduction strategies
- Lead Team Leaders and department heads; conduct performance reviews
- Act as escalation point for client and operational issues
- Analyze AR aging reports and improve collection ratios
- Ensure HIPAA compliance; create SOPs and drive process improvement
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
- Minimum 2+ years in an Operations Manager / Senior Operations role
- Strong exposure to AR Management, Denial Management, Medical Billing, Payment Posting, and Credentialing
- Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills
