Position - Telecaller Cum Counsellor
About the Role
We are looking for a Telecaller Cum Counsellor who can effectively communicate with prospective students, understand their requirements, explain relevant courses, generate and follow up on leads, and convert interested candidates into admissions/enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate new leads.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential candidates.
Counselling & Course Guidance
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and enrolment process clearly.
- Handle student queries and build trust through effective communication.
- Guide prospects throughout the counselling and admission process.
Sales & Admission Conversion
- Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrolments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Handle objections and close admissions professionally.
Lead & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Update lead information regularly and ensure timely follow-up.
Required Skills
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Good understanding of lead generation, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- CRM/data management skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, education sales, or admissions will be preferred.
