Role:
- International Voice Process – Banking (Blended)
- Handle customer queries through voice and support channels
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1+ years of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply (as per process requirements)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Salary:
₹5.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA
(Compensation depends on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.)
