Experience - 2 to 8 years. Qualification - Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics. Job Specification:
Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Programming and designing automation system.
➢ Designing and implementing industrial process automation systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
➢ Collaborating with different teams to identify automation needs and develop solutions.
➢ Troubleshooting and issue resolving with automation system including hardware and software.
➢ Developing and implementing different protocols for automation systems.
➢ Attending and presenting FAT simulation with client.
➢ Maintaining documents regarding execution of automation system.
➢ Staying upgraded with latest advancements in automation technology.
➢ Ready to travel domestic / abroad.
Key Skills:
➢ Expert in PLC, HMI & SCADA program developments from scratch.
➢ Testing of PLC, SCADA & HMI systems - Siemens / Rockwell / Schneider preferred
➢ In-depth knowledge of TIA Portal, HMI, Win-CC, Studio 5000, FT-view.
➢ Programming languages - Ladder, FBD, STL, SCL, S7 Graph.
➢ Knowledge of SCADA programming, scripting, report generation, data logging.
➢ Database management, SQL, SSRS.
➢ Knowledge of Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, protocol.
➢ Attending service jobs at customer sites.
➢ Commissioning and retrofit projects.
➢ Assist junior engineers.
➢ Understanding and execution of various network topologies.
