Job Description:
- Payroll Processing:Process payroll for allocated sites in coordination with site HR by collecting the required data.
- Calculate man days, Weekly offs, Holidays Leaves etc. based on biometric reports and manual attendance registers.
- Ensure Record Keeping for all employees.
- Ensure proper documentation for new employees and earnings by coordinating with Site HR and Client HR.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for salary disbursement and reconciliation.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Calculate and validate statutory deductions of PF, ESIC, PTPerform EPF and ESI reconciliations.
- Prepare and process challans.Handle EPF activities including UAN generation, exits, joint declaration (JD) forms, and death claims.
- Manage ESI processes including IP registration, opening and closing of sub-units, death claims, and reimbursement processing.
- Reports & Record Maintenance:
- Generate monthly payroll MIS Reports, Statutory reports, and reconciliation statements.
- Maintain monthly tracking of GPA, GMC, WC Policy and Labour License records.
- Prepare statutory reports (EPF & ESI), Manpower movement reports, Monthly paysheet statements, Daily manpower report.
Pre-Requisites:
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any Graduation.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting etc. & also basic Arithmetic formulas).
- Basic understanding of payroll processing using MS Excel and ERP software (preferably Wings ERP).
- Although a minimum of 6 months of experience is preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
