Position: Sign Board Design & Customer Support Executive
Skills Required:
- Basic graphic design knowledge
- Experience with CorelDRAW and Canva for sign board design
- Ability to take and process customer orders
- Good customer handling and communication skills
- Ability to supervise labor/workshop staff
- Prepare sign board estimates and quotations for customers
- Attention to detail and responsibility in managing projects
Responsibilities:
- Design sign boards according to customer requirements
- Communicate with customers and understand their needs
- Coordinate with labor/workshop teams to ensure timely completion of work
- Prepare cost estimates and explain them to customers
- Maintain professional customer service throughout the project
