We are looking for a skilled CNC Setter/Fitter to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for precision machining operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine setup, tooling, and ensuring quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines according to production drawings and specifications.
- Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Perform machine offsets and make minor program adjustments if required.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Replace worn tools and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Machinist, Turner.
- 1–5 years of experience as a CNC Setter/Fitter.
- Knowledge of CNC Turning or VMC/HMC machine setup.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
