Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage end-to-end client communication, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable digital strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, performance, tech) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights, reports, and recommendations with clients
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope of work
- Prepare and present campaign updates, reports, and review decks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing agency roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, SEO, content, branding)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Good to Have
- Experience working with performance marketing or analytics tools
- Exposure to reporting platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
- Basic knowledge of CRM or project management tools

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
