The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely dispatch, accurate documentation, inventory coordination, and smooth logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily dispatch activities. Verify spare parts, quantities, and packing before dispatch. Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents. Coordinate with warehouse staff and transporters. Maintain dispatch and inventory records. Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries. Handle dispatch-related issues, returns, and shortages. Generate daily dispatch reports. Ensure proper loading, packing, and documentation. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or auto spare parts operations preferred. Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, or ERP software. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Salary & Benefits ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
