Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers' locations for clothes pickup and delivery as per assigned schedule.
- Collect clothes carefully and ensure the correct quantity and order details are recorded.
- Check and confirm the customer's pickup details before accepting the clothes.
- Ensure clothes are properly packed/tagged and safely transported to the store.
- Deliver cleaned and finished clothes to customers within the committed time.
- Verify the order number, customer name, and quantity before delivery.
- Collect pending payments through Cash / UPI / other approved payment methods.
- Provide payment confirmation/receipt wherever applicable.
- Handle customers politely and professionally during pickup and delivery.
- Coordinate with the Receptionist and Operations Team regarding pickup, delivery, delays, and special instructions.
- Update pickup/delivery status in the company's app, WhatsApp, or order management system.
- Follow the assigned delivery route and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Immediately report any missing, damaged, or disputed item to the management.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the company vehicle/bike.
- Follow all company procedures related to customer belongings, order security, and cash handling.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills
- Valid Driving Licence for the required vehicle.
- Good knowledge of local areas and routes.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to manage multiple pickups and deliveries.
- Basic ability to read/write Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Previous experience in delivery, courier, e-commerce, laundry, or field work will be an advantage.
Salary
Salary Per month + Sales Incentives
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per hour
