Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate interview feedback and facilitate offer rollouts and negotiations.
Handle onboarding and induction for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
Assist in HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with payroll by providing accurate employee information and required documentation.
Generate HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.
Ensure a smooth employee onboarding and exit process.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment .
Good understanding of recruitment strategies and HR processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRMS/ATS is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
