We are a growing readymade portable structure making company looking to hire skilled Fabricators and motivated Helpers to join our team for Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) cladding and Galvanized Pipe (GP) structural works.

Key Responsibilities by RoleFor Fabricators:
- Fabricate & Assemble: Cut, bend, groove, and assemble ACP sheets and GP pipe structures based on technical blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Welding & Joining: Perform secure welding, threading, and mechanical joining of GP pipes for structural framing.
- Installation: Install ACP cladding systems and pipe frameworks accurately on-site, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and weatherproofing.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets safety standards, project specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Mentorship: Guide and direct helpers on-site to ensure safety and efficiency.
For Helpers:
- Site Preparation: Load, unload, and move materials (ACP sheets, GP pipes, tools) to the designated work areas.
- Fabrication Support: Assist fabricators by holding materials, measuring, cutting, and deburring pipes or panels under supervision.
- Tool Management: Maintain, clean, and organize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Safety & Cleanup: Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Pay: ₹17,873.61 - ₹37,623.88 per month
