Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced TNPSC Trainer to coach aspirants preparing for TNPSC Group I, Group II, Group IIA, Group IV, and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the TNPSC syllabus, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students to achieve success in government examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions for TNPSC aspirants.
- Teach subjects including History, Geography, Indian Polity, Economics, General Science, Aptitude, Current Affairs, and General Tamil/General English.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, question banks, and model test papers.
- Conduct regular unit tests, mock tests, and revision sessions.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Clarify students' doubts and guide them with effective exam strategies and time management techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest TNPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and current affairs.
- Track student performance and provide individual mentoring to improve results.
- Participate in academic planning, content development, and faculty meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates who have cleared or appeared for TNPSC examinations are preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching ability may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the TNPSC syllabus and exam pattern.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Content development and test preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools.
