Job description:
- Attend walk-in customers and explain household products clearly
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or online platforms
- Promote and upsell products such as kitchen items, cleaning products, and home essentials
- Maintain product knowledge (features, pricing, offers)
- Generate bills and manage basic sales transactions
- Follow up with customers for repeat sales
- Maintain customer database and records
- Coordinate with warehouse/store team for stock availability
- Ensure proper display of products in the shop
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
