Tools Management: Implement and maintain test management, automation (e.g., Selenium), and defect tracking tools (Jira, Xray) to streamline workflows. Execution & Monitoring: Monitor test execution, track progress, and manage test environments. Defect Tracking & Reporting: Log and analyze defects, providing reports and metrics on test coverage and quality. Leadership & Coordination: Lead QA teams, mentor members, and coordinate with stakeholders.
