**Key Responsibility: **
1. **Inspection and Testing: **
- Conduct detailed inspections of materials, components, and finished products to verify adherence to and to maintain quality standards.
- Perform non-destructive testing and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies when
required.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
2. **Quality Control Procedures: **
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Regularly review and update quality control processes to align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate quality control measures into daily operations.
3. **Defect Analysis and Resolution: **
- Investigate and analyze defects or deviation from quality standards.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify root causes and implement
corrective actions.
- Maintain records of quality issues, investigations, and resolutions.
4. **Documentation and Reporting: **
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports, detailing inspection results and recommending corrective
actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, tests, and quality-related
documentation.
- Communicate quality metrics and performance to relevant stakeholders.
5. **Continuous Improvement: **
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and
manufacturing processes.
- Propose and implement measures to optimize efficiency and reduce defects.
**Qualifications and Skills: **
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
- Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
