Job Summary
The Technical Lead for salesforce apex development will be responsible for leading technical aspects of Salesforce projects, providing expertise in developing solutions using Salesforce technologies. The individual will play a key role in architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and guide a team of developers in salesforce projects.
2. Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable salesforce apex solutions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
4. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated with salesforce updates and trends to provide innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in salesforce apex coding and customization.
2. Strong knowledge of salesforce lightning framework.
3. Experience in integrating salesforce with external systems.
4. Deep understanding of salesforce security model and data management.
5. Ability to lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Other Requirements
Salesforce APEX Sr Developer / Sr Lead
Location – Any where in India
Should have at least 3 plus years of Salesforce Development Experience with exposure to APEX / Visual force Customization / Lightning Components and Customization
Communities cloud development experience is mandatory to have.
Integration experience with Mulesoft or other downstream applications like SAP, Oracle etc.
Team working experience
Should have worked on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

Follow Coding Standards and Best Practices
Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills in Salesforce
Implementation and Configuration for Interfaces/Integrations
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch and sync/async
Data Migration using Data Loader
Deployment to Different Environments including Production using Best Practices
Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations
Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits),
Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce*, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce* pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components** and Lightning Web Components,
Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization,
Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,
Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,
Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business,
Supporting the Salesforce Administrator**.
